Report from the VŠE Alumni Bowling 2025

On Tuesday, February 18, 2025, VŠE alumni gathered for the third time at the traditional VŠE Alumni Bowling, organized by the Alumni Centre of VŠE. This year, the event took place at Bowling v Továrně. Participants could register as a team or individually, with individuals later being assigned to teams. Nearly 80 VŠE alumni attended the event, ranging from bachelor’s degree holders to PhDs.

The competition consisted of four rounds, with four teams in each. After each round, the top three players were announced and awarded a trophy along with a prize: the winner received a wellness voucher, second place received a bookstore voucher, and the third-place finisher a ticket to the VŠE Alumni Pub Quiz, which will take place in the summer semester of 2024/2025. After each award ceremony, a raffle was held, giving everyone a chance to win something.

The venue also offered additional games such as billiards, darts, and foosball, making the evening even more entertaining. Participants had the opportunity to network both during the games and while relaxing over drinks and snacks.

The third edition of the VŠE Alumni Bowling was a great success! We sincerely thank all the alumni for their participation and the fantastic atmosphere they helped to create. We hope the event not only provided pleasant memories and new experiences but also allowed alumni to reconnect with former classmates and establish new connections.
